File a Complaint or Report an Issue

The City of Lipscomb takes all complaints and concerns seriously. We are committed to addressing issues promptly and keeping our community safe and well-maintained.

Types of Issues We Handle

  • Code Violations: Overgrown grass, junk vehicles, abandoned properties, illegal signs
  • Street Issues: Potholes, damaged sidewalks, street light outages, flooding
  • Noise Complaints: Loud music, barking dogs, construction noise outside permitted hours
  • Sanitation: Missed trash pickup, illegal dumping, litter
  • Animal Control: Stray animals, animal welfare concerns
  • Other Concerns: Any issue affecting quality of life in our community

How to File a Complaint

You can report an issue by:

  1. Calling City Hall during business hours
  2. Visiting City Hall in person
  3. Using our online contact form

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your complaint, it will be assigned to the appropriate department for investigation. While we cannot always share specific outcomes due to privacy considerations, we will follow up with you if additional information is needed.
